Fence
The chains that bind us to this world.
Like an anchor to keep me
from drifting away,
Tethering me to this world.
Like a prisoner in his cell.
These links keep me away,
this chain keeps you safe,
got you on my mind and you
can’t deny that.
I know that I should relax but,
what you don’t know is that
I’m about to relapse.
These barricades aren’t blank
I just don’t want to see them.
But I’m trapped,
to this world and I might as well stay.
...People keeps telling me I’m not locked,
I did this,
I chose this,
I’m lost in my own selfish consensus.
