Beautiful--a 7 for sure!!! Have often used Wordworth's definition of poetry myself. Hello to my sweet sister; I did finally renew for a second year and will try to visit as many poets as I can. . .

This poem is laid back and satisfies the senses while placating your desire to write. The author maintains a poetic flow and holds your interest from start to finish. This poem say a lot with little wording and that is hard to do. Well penned! Emile.

Poetic words and thoughts come from many different places, times and emotions, some happy, some sad. What I think about often is, why when these things were happening, had I not yet began my poetic journey. Maybe I had to store up enough before they decided to come out. Nicely expressed my friend.

I was once told that a poet must suffer to be good and I surely have. I am reminded of words by Longfellow "into each life some rain must fall, Some days must be dark and dreary." from his poem, Rainy Days, 1842.

Right on, Constance. : ) "And I linger in the silence" - I love the sound of that line. The two "L's" especially. "from my pen words of feelings fall." This too!
