drops of rain roll down my chin what would one expect if they are under the weather under the weather implies ill feeling or out of sorts but stepping out of the rain does not eliminate the blahs. so you’re under the weather and not feeling well get out of the rain and hope it will clear when feeling better the rain may have ended patience can change your feelings and the weather
