Fear of Abandonment

Belied expectations We are crestfallen Heart broken In agitation Our anguish But egoic glue Which we renew In delusion languish An illusion is broken As bubble bursts As we thirst Forsaken Our desire Always seeking Sensations pleasing Doomed one day to expire Fleeting images external Only rise to fade away Why then we sway In moods fickle Love eternal Is an outpouring Fragrance radiating Compassion spherical Look not for reciprocation Love is unconditional God’s own miracle Bliss elation 10-January-2021

This explores all the sensations of love. When we love someone we hope to be loved in return. If not then we are hurt. If that love is returned and then one day it changes then we feel angry and betrayed. Lastly if we never feel that we have ever been loved then we feel worthless and wonder what is wrong with us. We are sad and crest fallen. Is love really a many splendored thing? Only if it is returned. Great piece. Nicely done. God Bless, JB

Hello Susan! Yes, I thought I should write sometimes about different consciousness contracting emotions, like fears, hatred, death, greed etc., as seen from a neutral stance
