Fear Is a Liar; Fear Is a Creep
Fear is a liar; fear is a creep.
It’s everywhere and on the news.
It comes in dreams when you’re asleep!
Fear only wants for you to lose.
Telling false tales, it comes to you.
Fear is a liar; fear is a creep.
It hates what is righteous and true,
and it can cut some people deep.
Fear is worse when it makes you weep.
It will maybe make you sin.
Fear is a liar; fear is a creep.
Don’t ever let its darkness in.
Faith is the “fix” to set things right.
Pray to God too your “soul to keep.”
Fear is a devil you must fight.
Fear is a liar; fear is a creep.
