Fatigue
A heaviness that makes my body rest
in my chair I slump for slumber
A sleep deep yet incomplete
awaken by a clap of thunder
I rose than froze and drifted down
lost in a doze I happily again found
Like a warm glass of milk with a forehead kiss
my body so tired weaken for rest
The rhythm of the rain gently sways
softly and cozy I recline and lay
Gone my burdens melt away
My souls desire asleep I stay
Alas sweet sleep keeps me now
relax in peace my worries asunder
Fatigue you lose to the softness of a cloud
sleep so deep for even claps of thunder
