First man that showed what love was

A proud man, that put his family first

The patriarch and glue that held us together

Honesty was a trait that you possessed

Enjoyed life and lived it to the full

Respected your fellowman,

Showed us what a father was all about

Dedicated your life to your wife and children

Accepted each kid for who they were

You were the first man that I ever loved
