Fairy On a Fox
I hadn’t done spring mowing just yet
I stepped out my back door, oh what I met;
just behind my garden shed,
a fairy on a fox with fur of red.
A tiny man, hair and coat of blue
and he was sporting, Converse shoes!
Riding a fox; smoking a pipe;
just beside them, floated a lantern, light!
