Fairy On a Fox

I hadn’t done spring mowing just yet I stepped out my back door, oh what I met; just behind my garden shed, a fairy on a fox with fur of red. A tiny man, hair and coat of blue and he was sporting, Converse shoes! Riding a fox; smoking a pipe; just beside them, floated a lantern, light!

what a fun poem ML, legend says we have fairies on our island (they live at Fairy bridge) but we don't have foxes:-) hugs jan xx
