I have to admit not many can make me laugh through poetry and jokes, like iv said many times my sense of humor is truly dry. But this! Hah made me smile gosh you are clever! “ remember i wrote it before bedtime” haha. Yes blame it on that. Eye rhyme youve done so well! I think although i dont really know what is an eye rhyme or what the contest requires, so i bet i would feel the same as this if i ever try . You really are such a versatile poet, sending you light always. Best wishes

I do appreciate your visit and your sincere comments. My sense of humor is pretty dry, too. When I try to be humorous, I usually fail big time! Sometimes I can be clever & that cleverness is funny as was so in this case. I wasn't familiar with eye rhyme either...still not sure if I 'got it.' But I gave it a go.
