Everything Matters
Everything Matters
Written: by Miracle Man

On worthy past matters our memory may stall,
Because it’s lingering on things we wish to forget.
It’s during times of tranquility we have this recall,
After mental postmortem is sadness and regret.
We can never change matters once they occur,
They’re yoked to us until we enter the grave.
Present day affairs to the past we transfer,
And pleasing or atrocious we’re then its slave.
Each thing that we’ve done is filed in our past,
God lets us review but made us powerless to edit.
Were tethered to them both broadly or steadfast,
Much is complementary but some will discredit.
