Every New Year Resolutions are spoken Hopes and dreams are restored Lights come to life in hearts Who know that His love is certain His love is alive and eternal Every New Year Faith in His love is woven Through the moments of sorrow Through the broken, through Darkness that never seems to know What it means to let go and move on Every New Year Grace pours out through my soul Whispering peace and contentment Assurance that love will surely win this Inspiring my feelings and my tenderness With love that is more beautiful, more real… Than any resolution or hope – more real Than the pain that seems to try to invade my Feelings with doubts and discouragements, More real than the music that clings to my soul, More real than the song that outweighs thought, More real than the wonders that inspire my dreams, More real than the notions that bring the sweetest peace…. This love, His love, is more real than the miracles That He always brings – miracles in tears, who stir up The Holy Spirit, who causes my faith to continue My hope to know for certain and my love to believe In the beauty of One who brings me through every fear, Across every bridge – into the light of His eternal grace! With Him – there is never any doubt… Real love comes to those who know Him personally, With a faith that never distrusts His ability To bring the spirit into a relationship that is forever A relationship with the Son who is a Savior!
