Ah i can almost feel that silence so strongly dear sara. Your haiku on seasonal changes and what flows with winter and more is beyond impeccable! I love the softness and seamless flow of your haiku. I know i am learning alot more about haiku but whenever i read your haiku i just know that you are definitely the queen of haiku. Sending you light always, how did the heat wave go? I hope weather is a bit ok today?

thank you, dearest Ink, for your lovely comments. I'm grateful you appreciate the flow of the poem and the softness of what can be a harsh season. I still blush when you dub me 'Queen of Haiku," but I'm delighted you value my Haiku-writing skills...the weather here is still frigidly cold...supposed to have a small ice storm tonight. Thanks for asking...just in case you're wondering 60 days until spring...not that I'm counting... smiles :-) hugs, Sara
