Good advice, Don! A pivot towards higher esteem, that can bring forth a kinder attitude vers ourselves. I can't tell you about my Kabbalah, it's like a sacred trust. One thing I can say is that's it's nowhere the same for any who does it; our reasons are different. Nine months of soul searching that ends with a birth or rebirth of something.
