Enjoyment
Experience tells me that some people put enjoyment on hold,
Put it in their pocket for when they grow old,
And appear to others as quite cold.
I like to think of enjoyment as habit forming,
And worn as a cloak in the morning and evening,
It is perfect for shielding from all weathering.
As a cloak it, it sends a message to friends and family,
That makes them a certainty,
For invitations to Party.
When kept in a pocket for later,
Only a Mother and Father,
Will know it is there.
If you know someone whose pocket could be hiding,
What they could be using, instead of hoarding,
Make your conversations more probing.
