Endorphins

this person running at the gym she does it not because she needs to stay fit she does it not because she wants to look hot she does it not because she has to appear younger or healthier (physically), as all these barriers have been leaped over & from the outside she looks like she’s walking tall amongst the flock of the wretched where she’s envied by most that come in contact with her for one reason or another, but she hides a secret inside why it is that she runs so much why it is that she exercises until the cows come home (moooooooooooooooo) & that is because it causes endorphins to rush to her head & swish throughout her body, bringing her to a natural high that would be clichéd to even remark of if it didn’t really work & the doctors say that when she feels good that she should watch herself because her illness might be stirring up again, so she runs quietly, pushing her body to the limit & shuddering joyfully as the energy courses through her veins & the pain in her mind goes away for one more day.
