In His presence,
Where my soul dwells in serenity,
Stirred to believing there is a second chance,
Where my dreams are met with certainty,
Where my blessings are abundant as the quiet
That believes in the everlasting eternity,
Forever with the One who created me,
Filled with unending love and joy that remembers…

In His presence,
There is a light that pours out beauty and peace,
A wonderful that abides in the heavens,
Promising to forgive all the dark, the calamity,
Satisfying hearts with hope, faith and love,
Gentling the soul with such remarkable perfection,
Delightful, magnificent, breathtaking…
All the descriptors that encourage the joy within,
Pleasure that comes to those who believe –
He has forgiven every sin, each fault, all the doubts

In His presence,
Abiding throughout the time when He encourages,
Uplifting the soul and comforting the broken heart,
There is the promise of a friendship that will forever live
He is the friend who remains our greatest blessing…
In Him, we can know what it means to truly live
Through Him, we can find everything we’ll ever need
In Him, we can understand the meaning of freedom
Through Him, we discover what it is to be forgiven

In His presence,
That is where I choose to live
Beneath the shadow of His wings,
Where my heart can finally meet with grace,
Find the revelation depicting true faith,
Know the reason that following Him 
Brings me into the wonderful that I know
My heart and my soul were created for

In His presence,
I find the reason for my living
I find the meaning for my giving
I find the gift, the greatest blessing…
The treasure of His love poured out on my soul,
Where I can finally know the meaning of salvation,
The meaning of sincere hope, the escape from the darkness,
Where I was destined to live before I gave my heart to HIM –
My very best friend, the One whose love will never end!
