Endless Fields

Stretching miles and miles before me Like the waves of a horizon-less sea Rows of corn, rows of beans, endless fields Winds blowing promises of generous yields Millions of cars whiz by every day Majesty invisible beside the freeway Rows of corn, rows of beans, endless fields Nature's bounty from the blind forever sealed

This was great and paints a wonderful picture of rural places, long winding roads framed by beautiful fields of bounty.

Thank you, my friend. This actually is one of the few poems that I've posted lately that I'm pleased with myself. Your support is greatly appreciated! Best wishes, Gershon

Loved the image you created here Gershon. Reminded me of the song me and you and a dog named boo came to mind. Good poetry does that. Tom.
