Endgame

I only know how to find peace through war. That I can create anew, after destruction. I believe that less should never equal more, And happiness is nothing more than a distraction. I hold my word until the final hand, Stay still until the pieces all stop scrambling. I feign knowledge of things I dare not understand, And take action only when my world is crumbling. I used to be the one that I could always trust, But now, I find my faith in me to be dwindling. I've found that even time itself will rust, And that which blossoms, can also be unyielding. But in the end, I know I'll never win this, Though I keep fighting, I know I'll end up spent. I can't be certain that I even mean this, But it might be too late to repent.

Marios, your words are very introspective. I have found that it is never too late to repent, as the Divine Mercy of God is everlasting. True, peace is always found after war. Lasting peace however, is a long process which perhaps comes from the things you need to understand. Trust yourself enough to give it more than one chance by not waiting for a crumbling world, but by placing your faith in God. He will show you the way. If you believe you can't win, trust Him to win it for you. SMILE!9uw
