Embrace Change

Every year we resolve to take away sin.
March arrives and we've indulged again.
By now we should learn to open instead of shut.
Reach out for new to wipe out the old rut.
A risk to create offers fresh play space.
Couldn't any change offer good instead of restraint?
Embrace change means try something new...

Carrot colored hair, toes in mud, parachute
have enough incentive to  try but still traps
any mistaken choices to an instant shoot craps.
No, we're not enraptured or yes, please
Go again and again trying on new game tease
Every day play. We should resolve to renew anew.
