Ear Wane
The journey gets lonely with no one to talk to
Needing yesterdays that are a joy to look back on
Piled so high their looming shadow teeters
The cairnstone words and rhyme trees blazed
Are made to ease others journey jeeters
Toward cloud painted sunsets on sky stormy seas
Ever is travel bettered with awakened senses
Stroking scented winds of change are timely spent
As Nature slaps the backs of some in hearty greeting
Seasoned travellers nod hello to they who pause to scent
But no buts the game's afoot the daylight's burning yonder
Don't miss a thing relax and sing there's always Spring
To make the heart grow fonder and let a poet ponder
On what could be beyond her
