When you work to help others without putting yourself first, last and always. Your achievements are noticed and you receive goodwill and acknowledgement and people respect you for a job well done. Sometimes you can think so much of yourself, there is nothing left for others to admire about you. This seems to be the trend these days, sadly. Good one, Thank you, Gershon,
