My only dream turned to nightmare I got what I wanted so long still thinking you'de always be there next thing that I knew you were gone So many thoughts mixed in my head wondering what i'd done wrong why did you have to pick her instead with me is where you belong Why life has to be so cruel this I dont understand the memories I have of you are now footprints in the sand With each day I miss you more remembering how hard I tried Now there's a chance I'd do anything for the chance to say goodbye
