Dish of Indian make. Dear to all Keralite. Dry rice and dal well soaked, Drained and ground to fine paste, Dough flattened and roasted, Delicious with chutney. Delectable to all.

Gosh now im hungry after reading this dear sweet valsa! Im a fan of indian food and dosa is one of my faves altho we dont get good enough dosa here as in we do In kerala, kerala is like food heaven! Their food is so yummy! I miss that about kerala! I also love, aloo parata, its very good too but i like them extra spicy! You must be a good cook cus youv described dosa so well here!
