Don'T Raise Your Voice

Please don't raise your voice..
Loud it is..
An obnoxious loud burst of fireworks..
Shooting and firing in all directions..
for I can hear you..
I am not deaf..

When you raise your voice..
Ultimately it sounds like someone..
Is literally scratching their fingernails on a chalkboard..
Annoying it certainly is..
Nerve wreaking..
Blood pressure rises..
Major tension headache shapes form..
Head aching painfully..
Knowing their is only one cure..

A screeching siren of a voice..
Penetrates and invades the soul..
Please turn down your very own volume..
So one can avoid discomfort
So one can avoid wreaking havoc on one's state of mind..

One cure exists..
Please turn down your own volume..
Your volume is way too loud..

You may speak to me..
Only speak..
I will listen..
Wholeheartedly..

No side effects apply on my end..

A voice had been created for speaking..
Communication...  

When one raises one's voice..
No longer is one speaking..

Therefore one cannot listen..
