Great advice, Pangie.. PS,,,the sun is not harmful all day, no wayand no how. It depends on many factors… Where you live is key, sites online explain when the sun is to be avoided where you live. I have no wrinkles, and am grateful. I will be 90 in four years, Hilda wowser!

Good advice, Hilda. I have never been able to tan well. And not for lack of trying in my younger days. The closest I ever came was a severe sunburn after spending the day at a mountain lake in Colorado. Not fun...

This is how i feel too here, in maldives but ofcourse some don’t understand when i say this, they think im showing off about getting sun but sometimes the heat is too much, i think too much of anything is not good. Sometimes we feel that the sun sends out piercing needles. Two months back, we had such alarming rise in temperature that we couldn't get out as long as the sun seemed a flaming ball of fire.
