Doggy Dale


We once had a doggy named Dale

That loved taking hold of his tail

He’d chase it all-day

In circles, he’d play-

When able to snatch it he’d wail!

Truly laughing out loud, Sandra! This is what dogs do and I've never understood why, especially when they catch it and "wail." Great entry for Jan's awesome contest. Sending winning wishes to you. I don't know how she'll pick from so many terrific entries. Once I took limerick entries to a theater group and set a recorder on. It had a sound meter on it.
