Disguised

The rain pours down Outside my window I sit on the sill Looking out at the road My mood is cloudy Along with the skies I'm tired of living Behind a disguise I'm tired of living All alone and sad With sunshine on my face And a storm inside I need to be who I am Not what I think I have to be So I close my eyes and take off my mask And when I open my eyes The clouds are gone And sunlight streams in.
