Destiny
Our paths did cross in life; by chance, we met,
Deep in my heart, you became my twin soul.
Your mystic smile is still hard to forget;
True love came by to make us one and whole.
I, like snow surrendered to heat of love,
And melted to fulfill what hearts desired.
In tides of life you gave peace like a dove;
I thank the way our destiny conspired.
You have kept all your promises I know,
But yet, there is a final one to keep.
Close to your heart hold me so when I go,
I shall be then at peace...unending sleep.
And while we live let our sweet love shine bright,
You be my star that brings hope and delight.
