Delicous Soup

Everything one says,
everything one writes
is a declaration of who
one is.  I put as much
effort into my comments
as I do into my poetry -- 
they also transverse the
electron world.  Missed
opportunity – Main-course
or a quick warmer-upper,
Soup is precious to my
table of wholesome Etiquette
and expression.

In Divine order. It does not mean we have become puppets... Aware partners is closer to truth. Spiritual connection made. We represent the love we are motivated by. Love our true nature, when overcome all the acquired extemporaneous garbage. Christ is our washed mirror image. Christ, our Brother, was not simply introducing Himself to us...but introducing us to our perfected self.

Another thing, again, just the way I approach poetry -- I seldom, if ever, explain my poetry...tell folks what I mean or was trying to say or do. Even a new form of poetry, the reader should be able to decipher on his own. In my mind, if I have to explain a poem...then the poem has failed. I am not smarter or brighter than anyone else. If asked I will explain or clarify...common courtesy. Everyone will not get everything, including myself. But a poem should be able to stand mostly on its own merit...the way I feel about the craft. I don't believe I have ever, here, criticized another's chosen form or experimentation. I like brave writing innovation. Every poem is an invention.

For me, the chance to comment allows greater extended opportunity, to thrill others with unique creative expression, doubling the grace already allotted me for publishing my latest poetic works. Just me. Others may rightly understand differently, feel main focus should be more on writing poetry proper than anything else. I really can't far separate, reading and commenting on poetry, from writing fresh poetics. To me, it all seems part of the same wonderful package.
