Del's little brother, sidekick and cop spotter
A dipstick, a wally, a plonker or Dave
With two GCEs he feels like an under-paid slave.

The first episode was shown in 1981 and ran for many years. There are some clips or episodes on YouTube if you wanted to take a peep. Emilia : )
