Deformed Thumb

Deformed Thumb Every time poetry when I want to write Could never hold right hand real tight; Thumb to me did look like a thimble; Should this become my writing symbol? Deformed thumb by God, He had made; Writing received needs improvement grade And He to me many times has said You will have trouble buttering your bread. Thumb like a thimble still is in my way Then went to sleep after I did pray; God hold my thumb so it won't tremble And please remove this troubling thimble. Thumb would grew large when it was warm So God surgically fixed thumb's trying form; Thumb with fingers great poems will write Now that I can hold my hand real tight. jthorn5656@atmc.net James Thomas Horn
