Dear Lord

Dear Lord, I know you’re up there watching over
Your every daughter and every son
And through all the world’s changes, you continue
To care for each and every one

So, the times I’m feeling deserted and a little insecure
Please forgive me though my faith diminishes and
Of your love, I’m just not sure

And the times I’m feeling down and an atheist I act
Please understand it’s faith in myself that I lack

And when the doors that you keep open, I adamantly close
Please, don’t give up on me; for, that’s when
I need you the most.

i am not hear to condemn or judge each to his own, i can only encourage you and tell you no matter who you are or what you have done, God made a promise that he will never leave nor forsake us. He prove that when he gave his only son for you and me. He feels far away at times, but he's not. he may not come when we want him but he is always there. i love reading your poems, they are very encouraging, and something you want to read more and more.

Hi, that was a very uplifting poem and I really enjoyed reading it. My friend God never gives up on us, sometimes we give up on Him. Keep God's gift of amazing words flowing from your heart. Much success!! Donielle S.

Awesome lady, that the spirit, we all have times when we feel we are lost from God's love, but that's just so you will seek God more, as he wants us to. THANKS FOR YOUR COMMENT TODAY, ALWAYS WELCOME AND APPRECIATED, Sincerely Moses
