In the dappled shadows, my soul is lost
As darkness deepens, my heartbeat gets tossed
Like a lace veil, your thoughts cover my mind
Such dreams we share, affection unconfined
In the dappled sunlight, wishes come true
Nightmares all left behind, hope springs anew
Forging forward to reach that forever
Where troubles forgotten, we'll love ever
In the dappled meadows, I remember
Our crimson passion, a burning ember
Lingering kisses float upon the breeze
Under the shade of cherry blossom trees
In the dappled garden, we're together
Enjoying the beauty of pink heather
In intimate silence, we simply rest
Dappled reflections make me feel quite blessed.
