Dance Across the Sky
I
will
dance
as the sun
dances cross the
sky o'er blue my tail
flapping in the wind I live
I say goodbye to the earth free
floating, breaking from my string,
dancing further than east from
west, sun from moon, ever
my colors to soar above
lands, I cannot begin
my flight too soon,
a kite is meant
to fly, said I
dreaming
happily
will

Dedicated to all the wonderful poets on Poetry Soup. I cannot choose one. I only started my journey here not too long ago, and I have received so much amazing support. So thanks to everyone who takes the time to give a kind word. Lots of love to all. :))
