Curious Deer
The deer looks up as a approach
I can't move now
I must remain paralyzed
in the position i hover in
If the deer see me move
I've lost chance
Through a small need to survive
Comes a burning habit to run
If I move the deer will flee
Back into the woods
Back to an instinctive habit
This habit ruins any chance
I get to observe
For the deer
Only come every few weeks
Then move on to graze
Elsewhere
If only deer were curious
Then my chance
Wouldn't be as near Impossible
If only deer were curious
