Cry of a Bird
CRY OF A BIRD
A bird in my mind cries
Wings broken, it can’t fly
To high sky it can’t rise
Eyes clouded, it can’t fly.
The storm gathers clouds of broken dream
Surges through the golden garden I’d made
Flowers sink, on life’s deluge they can’t swim
On ravaged ground uprooted trees are laid.
A bird in my mind cries
Wings broken, it can’t fly.
The winds rush in with the dust of despair
My mind plunges in depression whirlpool
The silent torment nobody would share
Shards of loneliness flow in tears eyeful.
A bird in my mind cries
Wings broken, it can’t fly.
