Crossroads
Chapters in my life from youth to adulthood;
this worn out book has had a favorable beginning
as well as a valuable and rough or twist ending.
So many crossroads I have walked, you would
presume by now I should have learned by my mistakes.
Trust in God and his word has healed my heartbreaks.
Once I have closed the book never to be opened again except
in my memories and photos kept.
At the cross, I weep as I have never wept.
