Crossing Your Distressing Tides

May I burn ardently Or should I drown slowly? May I be blown away swiftly Or should I be electrified painfully? Was I simply guilty Of the misty visions Of being near you As you shifted stiffly? I know I'll be crisply wise To quickly erase our history And brace myself, seeing you fall from grace. With that, let me see if you keep up the pace Because I will trace my ace. So, I will encase my heart again To let you know how you misplaced me When I just wanted your embrace... At first, I thought you'd be my sun or moon, The stars or the universe, But since you are out of place now, Your false facade I will deface So that you face the real disgrace, For you to face the things I will interlace. I will patiently wait For you to face your fate. I will let you decay with your mistakes. Even though, I wish that you persuade your heart To erase and release all of your dreadful remains, So that I can cross your distressing tides...
