Miracle Man

In life never settle for being mediocre,
let average be the person down the street.
Never let it be said that you’re a choker,
be the Tough Old Bird who’s hard to beat.
Prepare your mind for whatever the test,
that God may choose to send your way.
By being prepared you’ll give your best,
and in preparation don’t forget to pray.
People are oft born into bad circumstances,
and grow up feeling they have no chance.
A change of venue without second glances,
arranged by God not mere happenstance.
