Counting Fellow-Sheep

Sunday night's designed for despair The dreaded work-week looms in the air Fidget around for an hour or two Can't fall asleep, but nothing to do Nothing on the telly, or in the fridge to cook Flip thru Facebook? -- Not worth a look... Already 1:00 a.m.; feverish, my brain Counting fellow-sheep on insomnia's train

Hello Gershon … could it be the pressures of modern life. It’s all rush, rush, rush now - thanks again Gershon - Lindsay

Hi Gershon I also find it hard to fall asleep some nights, our business takes up most of my time now and my poetry is suffering so I'm exhausted from work and then try to catch up in the evening with my poems and answering comments which I love doing. We have a cuckoo clock in the lounge every hour on the hour I'm reminded another hour of sleep gone. Then I get up and do poetry and go back to bed in the early morn. The great thing about working from home. My husband takes over. Hugs Jenn,.

Yeah. Falling asleep used to be so easy. Wonder what happened there. ~ 1 Fellow-Sheep, 2 Fellow-Sheep...
