Corazón Y Alma

walk softly in
rest your weary head
and listen...

the same
              rhythm
              pulse
              current
                         flowing unforced
                                     unguided
                                     unimpeded
              uncontrollable river
                         that is flooding my soul
flows through my veins to your heart

do you hear?     the surge 
                         the rush unhurried
                         the life force that flows at the pace it must go
