Contemplating

Contemplating By Michelle Morris 15/10/2020 Contemplating the infinity of the universe Making earth and her problems seem so small Sitting as a speck of life within darkness Wondering if God knows I'm here at all Contemplating the finite life of a human Analogous to a faraway dying star We both shine for a brief moment In the history of the universe so vast Contemplating the interconnected nature of Those strings between us and everything The synergy and serendipity shaping destinies Across lifetimes and galaxies of cosmic beings © Michelle Morris, 2020
