O, how true. I'm afraid advancements in technology are passing me by. I'm told all that my cellphone can do for me...if I could only figure out how to work it. I get really frustrated trying to figure stuff out on the computer. If everything works great the first time I try, I'm happy; otherwise, I'm ready to throw it through a window. I need better self-control!

Why would anyone fix your computer so you "cannot save any documents on [your] desk top?" That's crazy!!!

I was so irritated with myself last week I finally found an expert who told me the steps would not work for me that everyone else used because an IT fixed it so I cannot save any documents on my desk top. I was so frustrated!
