Comfort Zone

You are my comfort zone
You've kept me safe, in all I've known
You've led me to be for others, but for me I've been left alone
Staying close to you, has kept me the same
So I wallow about in all your pain
I've known your happiness, As I've known your sorrows
But in your comfort, I have over borrowed
I began to believe, this was all I could be
Content for I was better, then what most thought I would be
Yet there was so much, so much more to me
Expanding beyond your symmetry
That now I must begin to fill my folio
Outside of my comfort zone
N although afraid, there I must go
To bare a life, I love to know
