Comfort

He is at peace now, my brother
The peace he could never reach in life
Touches him at last, in death.
We are sure of this, his family
Because, you see, he died
With a prayer on his lips
Asking God, whom he knew so well
Through his mother and uncle
To grant him mercy.
We know his prayer was answered
For our God is merciful
And in His wisdon knew
That it was time
For our beloved
Son, brother, nephew, uncle, friend
To come home.
