Come Over Here, Sweetheart
Bring me an aria of an artisan’s brush,
so I may outline your silhouette-
Come here sweetheart, there’s no rush,
for your curves I shan’t forget.
There’s a whisper in a delicate hush,
I’ve loved you forever, please don’t fret.
Send me to Rome or France with devotion,
may we meet up at the Eiffel Tower-
Such grace you hold with sincere emotion,
for this love knows no end to power.
Through all the noise and commotion,
I vow this adoration I shall shower.
On your finger a ring passed down generations,
white gold with jade accents made of love-
I pray that you may feel a longing sensation,
and when thinking of me fly freely like a dove.
I am grateful for your existing creation,
for you have been sent from God above.
When storms arrive, I shall take way your fear,
when clouds of grey roll in I shan’t ignore-
My sweetheart, you need not shed a tear,
I’ve not been bound with such passion before.
Now close the door and come over here,
of your delicate touch, I could not ask for more.
