Colors Return

The trying journey harshly dusty Listless life loses colors dormant Candid mirror refuses to identify Face turned time-trodden bland. Blank canvas on the easel stands The artist in me rises and returns The VIBGYOR hues hold the hands Rainbow colors splash patterns. Flowers spread petals on canvas My face captures the live portrait Colors return from dawn sky awash In life framed in mirror aura reflects. August 25,2017.

That is wonderful about your painting and book! My creative site is http://creativecallings.jigsy.com. It takes a minute to load, due to photos and the blog must be clicked on the top also, to see more entries :)

I visited your site. Congrats on your 2nd book Hope. The paintings are lively with bold and expressive colors. I try these kinds of landscapes with water color. Thank you again for sharing.

I just love this poem Subimal. Are you an artist? I paint oil paintings. Landscape and wildlife. :)

Thank you, Heidi. Yes, I like painting. I use water color to paint mainly landscape and abstract themes. I am thinking of publishing a book of the paintings with relevant poems superscribed. I would like very much to see your paintings if you care to post.
