Coffee

Struggling to keep straight logic right, Alarm clock beeps my sudden fright. Late night parade with gaudy gaze, Fuzzy charade in misty haze. Hazy the mood in morning breeze, Cuppa feels good in leaky sneeze. Drown simple dose of coffee strain, Sleepy thoughts close as weary drains. Dizzy form takes a blurry walk, Caffeine now wakes the sloppy talk. September morn with dripping nose, Jerky eyes dawn to coffee dose. Fumbling words fit a tempest loud, Unknown now heard in fancy proud. Sit here and brew that dazzling dream, Words in a stew string awkward scheme. Rhymes turn around in ample tryst, Sounds move odd grounds with wonder brisk. Yes coffee moves the dizzy mind, Words edge dull grooves with queasy finds. Morning light hurls a dazzle grand, Groggy mind swirls with caffeine friend. Leon Enriquez 25 September 2016 Singapore
