Coexistence

War is pestilence Ism's for peace use violence Death and destruction upon your doorstep No compromise? Away you schlep Tolerance is what makes sense Do unto others the story goes And unto you the others repose There is no room for arrogance To error is human, forgive devine For unrequited love ye pine As if your love be recompense The son presuposes you love yourself For only then can you love someone else There is no room for militance Open your eye for the first time And higher and higher you shall climb Acheive anything with due dilagence Alpha and Omega, the beginning and end Endeavor towards tolerance, begin the mend Let no one stand in as his eminence Your own free will decides your choices Do not be swayed by other's voices There is no such thing as coincidence So now I lay me down to sleep For in my heart, no malice shall I keep Love freely flowing in coexistance

Dear Skat, I was just reading through some of my poems and was so encouraged by your words. I like to spend time writing poetry to still myself and escape constant thoughts of tasks to be accomplised or bills due and when, etc. Truly do become inspired in my calp centered retreat. Ty again! MamaD

Skat ty for your encouragement and inviting hospitality. Nearly 15 years ago I was diagnosed bi-poler while in pshychosis and luckily after years of medicinal cocktails that left me a zombie. Luckily I was put on a very wonderful medication that works because I have joy back in my life. But my rapid thoughts can race incessantly in my brain. When I write it helps me focus while so relaxed yet inspired,,, ,,ttfnn,, MamaD
