His heart was closed to her
As she kept pulling his vessel near
She stood ever before her heart
As she walked away from his heart
Yet while in part she spied
As he closed his eyes
Still he walked ever closer
Closer, closer, closer until embrace
Closer to her she stood still
As he tasted her premise will
What surely God will allow
on loan He so shares
Father God allows him to be,
